Before reaching out, check if your question is covered below. These are the most common support queries we receive.
- How quickly do you respond to support emails?
- We aim to respond to all support enquiries within one business day. For urgent issues affecting production API access, please include 'URGENT' in your subject line.
- Where do I find my API key?
- Log into your Daymora dashboard and navigate to the Keys section. You can create, view, regenerate, and delete your API keys from there.
- I forgot my password. What should I do?
- On the login page, click 'Forgot password' and enter your registered email address. You will receive a verification code to reset your password.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Contact us at support@daymora.com with your account email and we will process the cancellation promptly. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact support@daymora.com with your account details and the reason for your request.
- My API key is not working. How do I fix it?
- First, check that the key is active (not expired) in your dashboard. Ensure you are passing the key in the Authorization header as 'Bearer YOUR_KEY'. If the issue persists, try regenerating the key or contact support.
